Please let me start by introducing ourselves. We are cocoa7four, we are based in Leicestershire, we operate throughout the midlands and we are unique.

Cocoa7four are a recently reformed collective of experienced events managers, caterers, restauranteurs and hoteliers who all have held successful careers in event management or outside catering at varying points over the last forty years.

As you may imagine, we have an in-depth knowledge of the industry stretching from traditional English hospitality, through to the European with elements of the North African and Asian, and from weddings and banqueting to product launches, conferencing and much, much more.

Our rebirth into outside catering and event management is born out of enthusiasm, pride, passion and to some degree, frustration.

Let me explain. Event catering should not just be simply a means of feeding the masses; it is a way of expressing your personality, your tastes. It’s not ‘just dinner’, it’s entertainment! It should be enjoyable, something to remember, something to talk about the next day, and the next day, and the day after that!

Of course, it doesn’t have to be all about the glitz and glamour. In our most successful current venture, we do the simple things well. Started by three of the group over ten years ago, it is a very successful country inn and restaurant in which many of our team are now involved. It is a very healthy business with a skilled staff base, an outstanding reputation and it is based on a very simple approach: We are uncomplicated, unpretentious, offer consistently excellent quality, great value for money, a friendly environment and that’s it. This, we feel, is an approach that transfers very well into every aspect of catering and hospitality and a reason for our success.

Now, along with a new generation of talented individuals and a core group of creative and innovative associates we can cater to ANY eventuality, whatever the style and budget YOU want to work to.
